| The wine tour includes a visit to a wine estate that has been run by a local family for 3 generations. They are particularly concerned with the environment and the eco system in which the vines grow and have adopted organic growing methods. |

| The course aims to show clear and simple regional cooking techniques. The goal is to teach the techniques and to demonstrate the preparation of typical Italian recipes. Get to know the old flavours & typical aromas of the Marchigiani area. |
