| Le Marche’s Sibillini mountains – it’s more than the unspoiled grandeur, breathing Italy’s cleanest air, and the views from the coast all the way into Umbria and Lazio. There’s a distinct spirit in the breeze up there, where one feels that you’re stepping into a rich past of pilgrimage and legend that few other places in Europe can match. It’s a positively liberating experience.
So where do you go to feel this feeling of freedom, and make the best use of the precious time you have? After a consultation on what you’re looking for and agreement on the destination and the date, we will set a price, and you’re all set for your adventure.
Times are approximate, and will depend on the preferences and walking levels of the group. Depending on the size of the group, an additional vehicle may be needed, which one of your party may need to drive.

| Here are two examples of what to expect from each end of the “difficulty” spectrum:
– An easy-to-moderate walk through open hillsides, forest, along (and in) a river, and through a gorge: approx. 6km. Depart 9am, home around 4:30pm. 2010 approx. price (for a group of 4): €175
– Moderate-to-strenuous climb to an Apennine summit with spectacular views over alpine plains and deep valleys: approx. 10km. Depart 7:30am, home around 6:30pm. 2010 approx. price (for a group of 4): €250 |
