Large enough to accommodate two families Casa Emilia has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, two sitting rooms and a well equipped kitchen with an Italian style open fireplace.
The pool has a childrens paddling area, an outdoor shower and a loggia for shade. A former barn has been equipped with a fridge for your poolside refreshment!
There is a dining table outside for 'al fresco' lunches, why not breakfast and supper too!

Casa Emilia is a 6 bedroom house, with 3 bathrooms.
A huge dining room with a fireplace, a sitting room, and kitchen with its own 'snug' area around the open fire are to be found on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and a further bedroom with a queen-size double bed.
An additional Sitting room at the top of the house has a 42" plasma screen with a TV and DVD player. |

San Ginesio has all your day to day requirements, a small supermarket and bars and restaurants, You will find real Italian ice-cream, friendly locals, several festivals, music, history, art and culture in this original medieval town, including the Palio on the 15th August, where the locals dress in medieval costume for traditional games on horseback.
We are only a short distance from the Sibillini National Park. These mountains have always been surrounded by mystery. Several places have names to demonstrate this: "Grotta delle Fate" - Fairies' cave, "Gola dell'Infernaccio" - Hell's Gorge, "Poggio Paradiso" - Paradise Hillock. Explore the mountain trails and swim in Lake Fiastra.
