Leisure Apartments |
The three different, spacious apartments are restored in such a way to give total comfort and space to the guests, even in rainy days.
During the restoration the owners created a place of atmosphere rather than "classical" hotel standard.
Each apartment has its own charm by its non-standard interior. Most of the interior comes from countries the owners worked like Egypt, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
All holiday homes have a kitchen with dishwasher and semi-professional cooker with oven a dining area, a sitting area with TV and spacious bathrooms, central heating and broadband internet access.
For the little ones there are gates in the stair case for their safety and a baby cot and high chair can be ordered when booking.
Outside there is the 6x12 m swimming pool with large steps. |

| Spacious cottage - 50 sq. m - with private terrace and garden outside, a large living area divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a well equipped open kitchen (with dishwasher and cooker with oven), bathroom with shower and sitting area with TV, this cottage is a nice space to stay for 2 people.

This lovely light apartment of around 100 sq.m. which makes it more a house than an apartment. Downstairs there is the open kitchen (with dishwasher and cooker with oven), teak dining table that seats up to six and the sitting area. The staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double and twin bedroom and the bathroom with an ample shower. From there another small staircase leads to the huge loft where there are two more single beds.
There is a terrace at one side of the house and a pebbled terrace in between the house and the swimming pool. |

Entering the old stable that has been restored and turned into the dining/sitting area. The long teak dining table seats six as well as the sitting area. Steps lead you to the kitchen (dishwasher and cooker with oven) where lovely meals can be prepared. On this floor is the first double bedroom with it's shower and wash basin. From the kitchen steps lead to the first floor where there is another spacious double and the bathroom with shower, washbasins and toilet as well as a separate toilet. Small stairs lead to the loft where there are another two single beds.
There are two terraces: one at the side of the pool with pebbles and one at the other side of the house.

Beautiful, varied landscapes, fantastic beaches, mountains, the hospitality, the good wines, the varied kitchen, the Mediterranean climate and the large cultural supply: The reasons, why Italy ranks for decades among the most popular destinations, are as variously as the country. It seems almost unbelievable that this popular vacation target has to offer still another region, which has all advantages of Italy in itself united and nevertheless overcrowded nor spoiled by the mass-tourism still unknown here. Many small places with outstanding restored old towns and various festa's in the summer (e.g. San Ginesio, Sarnano, Servigliano, etc). Macerata with its opera arena, Ascoli Piceno with its antique market, and many more.
And when you need a break of this all you just laze away at the pool. |
