The house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. Whether you want a chilled-out holiday watching the kites soar in the sky as you lounge by the 12m pool, or to visit the medieval towns of Macerata, Sarnano or Ascoli Piceno, Casa dei due Mori is the house for you. Enjoy cooking in the designer kitchen and choose whether to eat looking at the Sibillini Mountains or to gaze at the panoramic views of the hill top hamlets.

On the ground floor you will find the living rooms and dining area with glass table and stove leading from kitchen. There are large, light lounge with sofas, wood burning stove and outer lounge with sofa, chairs both open onto veranda. The bedroom on the ground floor also doubles as a lounge with desk, TV and DVD.
In the kitchen you will find two electric ovens and microwave, 5-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and three sinks. Centrepiece of the kitchen is a large island with breakfast bar. The kitchen is more than fully equipped; food processor, liquidiser, juicer, cappuccino machine, plenty of pots, pans, sharp knives, serving dishes and many kitchen gadgets.
There in total six bedrooms; one bedroom, en-suite, is on the ground floor and has a luxury sofa bed. The master bedroom is on the first floor it is an en-suite with a double bed. Both en-suite bathrooms contain a shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double bed. These two bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Then there is one bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable roll-out bed and a bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
In the utility room you will find the washing machine, condenser tumbler dryer, large ironing board and clothes horse.
The property is surrounded by its own gardens which lead down to the stunning private pool. Measuring 12m by 4m the pool has gentle walk-down steps, a shallow end and a deep end suitable for diving. There is an underwater bench so you can sit and admire the views. The surrounding terrace has a range of sun beds and loungers, umbrellas and a shaded area. The gardens are partly formal with plants designed to give colour all year, and meadow grass and trees. Large outdoor table with 12 chairs; small gateleg table can be used on patio for smaller groups. There is a rotary dryer for washing days. |

It seems almost unbelievable that this popular vacation target has to offer still another region, which has all advantages of Italy in itself united and nevertheless overcrowded nor spoiled by the mass-tourism still unknown here. Many small places with outstanding restored old towns and various festa's in the summer (e.g. San Ginesio, Sarnano, Servigliano, etc). Macerata with its opera arena, Ascoli Piceno with its antique market, and many more.
And when you need a break of this all you just laze away at the pool. |
