At 35km from Ancona Airport you find the Villa la Selva. The view from the villa extends to the Adriatic Sea, which is only 25km away, and you can admire the coast from Fano to Porto San Giorgio and to Esino valley.
This comfortable (6+2 persons) villa was restored a few years ago with conserving the historic details. Enlarging the windows contributed to an even more enjoyable beautiful view. The pool terrace, overlooking the valley, is a wonderfully quiet place, surrounded by unique plants, specially chosen for the enhancing the setting. Around the house you can find many roses in all colours and types. |

Beach
After driving about 45 minutes (25km) you're on the beach of Porto Recanati where you view the beautiful cliffs of Ancona. However, you can also go to Civitanova Marche or for example Sirolo which is surrounded by the cliffs of Monte Conero. The cosy tourist beach of Porto San Giorgo or Cupra Marittima is worth visiting for the beautiful white beach or strolling along the long boulevard. Beautiful white sand beaches can also be found on the Riviera delle Palme of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
Golfing
In Sirolo, 45 minutes, is a beautiful 18-hole professional golf course "Conero Golf Club".
Lake
Closer, only 10 minutes, you find Lago di Cingoli where you can swim or rent a boat or paddleboat. But there is also a delicious 60s hippie beach called "Arcobalenco Beach".
“Eldorado” swimming paradise in Apiro
Water enthusiasts can also go to the water paradise in Eldorado, Apiro, which lies on top of a hill with splendid views, there are several slides and swimming pools. And above all, it is nice and quiet because in many cases only the Italians visit this place. Hammocks and parasols are available.
