Casa Colonica in Olive Grove |
This luxury restored Casa Colonica consist of two spacious apartments and a cosy four persons apartment. The farmhouse is set on a hill with breath taking views over the Marchigiana valleys and hills, the vineyards of the Rosso Piceno Superiore with in the background the mountains. The downstairs stables are transformed in a huge apartment called La Lanterna, that sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. The second apartment is on the first floor and reached by the old outside staircase: La Loggia that sleeps 8 to 10 people. The third apartment is called La Cantina and is located on the groundfloor. All apartments have their own entrance, taking care for the maximum privacy.
Not only the views are amazing, Casa Colonica delgli Ulive is set in its own Olive grove as is the pool (6x12 m) from where one can enjoy this whole scenery and relax. Next to the house is the covered BBQ area, where one can prepare 'carne a la braccia' in the meantime sipping a good glass of Rosso Piceno. |

| On the ground floor, what once used to be the animal stables we find this spacious apartment of 180 sq.m. named La Lanterna. There is the sitting room with its fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There are three double bed rooms and three bathrooms of which two have a shower and one a bath tub. The apartments also has a TV, a stereo, a dishwasher and washing machine. |

| Taking the old outdoor staircase going up to the first floor one reaches the spacious apartment called La Loggia. One enters in the living room with traditional fireplace of this 200 sq.m. big apartment. There is also a dining area with a spacious fully fitted kitchen. There are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Next to normal amenities there are TV, stereo, dishwasher and washing machine available in the apartment. |

La Cantina |

| This cosy apartment is located on the ground level and is suitable for 4 persons. La Cantina has a floorspace of circa 55 sq.m. and has an independent entrance. There is a nice kitchen with a little romantic fireplace in bricks,
two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), one bathroom with shower. Also, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and TV. It has a lovely country furnishing. |
