Cozy Country House |
This is a beautiful and classic country house. It has been perfectly restored with original materials creating a warm, comfortable and very cozy house with a stunning view on the Sibillini Mountains. The first foundation is most likely from 1880 and later, in 1948, the property was extended. The current owners restored the property up to a high standard and with an eye for historical details.
Next to the main house you will find a small cottage, a carport and a swimming pool – 4m x 9m with steps.
The property is located at the end of the road, so privacy is guaranteed. You will notice that the charming medieval towns of Sant’Angelo in Pontano and Penna San Giovanni are within easy reach. Both towns are offering delightful opportunities with a good selection of local restaurants for that real Italian ‘dining out’ experience. |

Casa Vallestanca has in total circa 100 square meters of floor space divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room and a dining area with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The dining room gives access to a charming covered terrace – something for the real ‘al-fresco’ lovers.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom (en-suite) and a double bedroom with a private terrace. Also, still on the first floor you will have another bathroom.
Close to the main house is a small cottage of circa 40 square meters divided over two floors. On the top floor – with access from the garden – is a bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor is a storage room.
The property is surrounded by a well maintained garden with a variety of fruit trees and olives. A part of the in total 1 hectare of land has still a rural destination. |

Beautiful, varied landscapes, fantastic beaches, mountains, the hospitality, the good wines, the varied kitchen, the Mediterranean climate and the large cultural supply: The reasons, why Italy ranks for decades among the most popular destinations, are as variously as the country. It seems almost unbelievable that this popular vacation target has to offer still another region, which has all advantages of Italy in itself united and nevertheless overcrowded nor spoiled by the mass-tourism still unknown here. Many small places with outstanding restored old towns and various festa's in the summer (e.g. San Ginesio, Sarnano, Servigliano, etc). Macerata with its opera arena, Ascoli Piceno with its antique market, and many more.
And when you need a break of this all you just laze away at the pool. |
