"La Colombaia" consists of three apartments in an old tower and a beautiful country house. Everything is stylishly renovated and modern. It has a beautifully landscaped garden and a shared swimming pool and panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea.

La Colombaia consists of two structures; the 18th century Pigeon Tower (La Colombaia) which is stylishly restored and divided into three modern holiday apartments; La Fronte, Sotto and Sopra. The tower has beautiful rooms with barrel and cross vaults, terracotta tiled floors and white stucco walls.

Near the tower is "Casa La Vista", a restored farmhouse. Both are on the same grounds in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool of 10m by 5m, vineyards, olive groves and other fruit and nut trees.

Within walking distance you will find the charming town of Ripatransone and within 10 minutes you're on the beach. The coast here is called "Riviere delle Palme" with stunning beaches and places like "Cupra Marittima" and "Grottamare".

Accommodation

La Fronte

"La Fronte" is a beautiful house with many, "modern classic" design features. Both inside and outside you can enjoy lovely views of the Adriatic Sea. Downstairs, La Fronte has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and ceramic hobs.

The dining room that opens onto the terrace, where you also can enjoy a view of the sea, and a living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling. One of the three bedrooms is well below even this bedroom has a barrel vaulted ceiling and two single beds.

On the first floor are the other two bedrooms (each with two single beds) and bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Outside you can sit comfortably on the terrace of the house where large trees provide sufficient shade.

Sotto

sleeps: 6-8

"Sotto" is a spacious apartment with a large central area with cross vaults that opens on to the terrace with a large umbrella for shade if desired. This central area has a large living area, dining area and bedroom. The modern kitchen is adjacent to the central area and has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, ceramic hobs and a kitchen top.

Next to the kitchen is a small bathroom with shower, sink and bidet toilet. From the central area goes up a ladder to another part of the house with three bedrooms (each with two single beds) and two bathrooms with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The bedroom on the east side has an outdoor terrace offering great sea views. From here you can, if you wake up early enough, from the sun rising from the sea.

Sopra

sleeps: 4-5

"Sopra" is the upper level (above) apartment. It has a large, partly covered terrace bordering the vineyards. From the terrace you can see the charming historical towns of; Montefiore, Monterubbiano, Campofilone and Massigano and, of course, the Adriatic Sea. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious living room furnished with design classics where one can live, eat and cook.

The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and ceramic hobs. A stairway with "floating" steps connects the living room to the tower rooms on the second floor. On the half landing is the bathroom. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

In the restored tower is a bedroom which has a raised roof with old oak beams, a floor with old terracotta tiles and white stucco walls. A large window with a French balcony offers panoramic views on the sea and the hilltop towns.

From the living room with a small step down you go to the first floor tower room. Also, this bedroom is located in the oldest part of the tower and has old oak beams, old terracotta tiles and white walls. Here are two or three beds if required.

Casa La Vista

"Casa La Vista" has been tastefully restored using authentic materials combined with a modern look. The layout makes it a very suitable house for two or three families or a group of friends.

The house has a spacious sitting/living room with open kitchen on the first floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor.

The interior of Casa La Vista is modern, functional and attractive, and consists largely of well-known design classics. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and ceramic hobs.

From the lounge/kitchen you have direct access, via double doors, to the large semi-covered terrace from where you have a magnificent view over the rolling hills and the Adriatic Sea. All bedrooms have new beds and wardrobes.

La Colombaia is renowned for its panoramic position. It has a wide view on the Adriatic Sea and the coast, also called "Riviera delle Palme". It is only ten minutes drive to Cupra Marittima or Grottamare.

From the garden, the swimming pool you can also see the remote hilltop towns Montefiore del Aso, Campofilone, Montrubbiano and Massignano.

The vibrant, culturally rich Ripatransone has all the necessary shops, restaurants and other essential services and is just a short walk away.
