Casa Ada is a farmhouse tucked into the lush green hills of Le Marche, surrounded by ancient olive and oak trees that seem to protect the house.

An inviting pool (10m x 4m) is surrounded by mature palm trees in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The garden, pool and olive grove is secluded and available for guests to enjoy.

Accommodation

The villa, which has been perfectly restored by the owners, is comfortable and welcoming. You enter downstairs in the living/dining room with a welcoming log fireplace for autumn and winter. The living room has a satellite-TV (SKY with football and movies), video, stereo-set, and games for children. Access to the Internet via broadband Wifi.

The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, bread oven, large fridge freezer and small dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a two persons bedroom and a bathroom.

At the far end, French doors lead to the terrace and garden with swimming pool. Going up the stairs you are on the first floor with the three bedrooms; two double en-suite bedrooms and a third double bedroom with a staircase leading to the attic with a bathroom and space to place two more beds.

Outside there is ample parking.

A little medieval village situated on the top of a hill 463 meters above sea level, between the Tenna and Ete Morto valleys, Sant' Angelo in Pontano is 10 km from the Sibylline National Wildlife Park. It has about 1.500 inhabitants and it is very well preserved.

Worth visiting is the beautiful Romanesque church of S.Salvatore built in the XIIIth century. It is, famous for its crypt and presbytery and has a beautiful fresco of "Madonna and Child" (Salimbeni school XIV-XVth century).

This part of Le Marche offers visitors an unspoilt agricultural environment. You can step back in time and enjoy the patchwork landscape of neatly ploughed fields, sunflowers vineyards, oak and olive trees, scattered farmhouses, and hilltop towns and villages with views stretching up to the mountains and down to the Adriatic sea.

The province of Macerata, where Sant' Angelo in Pontano is situated, is renowned throughout Italy for the quality and purity of its water and air.
